Group 3. This group is for people that can run continually for up to an hour. Sessions now involve a range of paces with a focus on improving technique and running efficiency. Many people in this group are aiming to take part in events up to 10km but still have fun in a social running group. Led by Wendy Booker and Sarah Meek.
Group 4. This group focuses on developing good running technique, pace judgment and help with structuring your training towards events up to half marathon distance. The group trains at different paces and include the occasional nonstop run. Led by Colin Lancaster & Elliott Maslen.
