Group 1. Walk to Run Group. This is a great place to start if you are new to running or have just started again after a break. The aim is to teach you the right speed to run at and when to rest and walk, so that you will be able to complete a 5km run comfortably. We hold three courses every year, each lasting 10 weeks. These are very popular and places need to be booked at the start of each course through this website. Led by Anne Thorpe & Bradley Gurney.
Group 2. This group is mainly for beginners who have completed the Walk to Run programme and are looking to increase the distance they can run within a social running setting. Led by Sue Manley.
